Welcome to the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee! GoodNight Stay has expanded to this gorgeous region of Tennessee, where the hills are alive with breathtaking scenery and abundant things to do.
We now offer premium vacation rentals in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Each of these lovely cities sits right near the Tennessee gateway to Great Smoky Mountains National Park as well as countless other scenic and adventure-rich spots.
Read on to learn more about the Smoky Mountains and the new Tennessee cities we’re calling home. You’ll soon see why you need to visit this astonishing destination.

Great Smoky Mountains National Park
Franklin D. Roosevelt established Great Smoky Mountains National Park on September 2, 1940. He dedicated the park “for the permanent enjoyment of the people.” And boy have the people enjoyed it, as Great Smoky Mountains is by far the most-visited national park in the United States. In 2022 alone, 12.94 million people visited this park, beating the Grand Canyon (2nd most-visited national park) by over 8 million visitors.
So, what makes the Smoky Mountains so enticing? One factor is that this mountain range is among the most biodiverse areas in the US. There are approximately 65 mammal species, over 200 types of birds, 67 native fish species, more than 80 types of reptiles and amphibians, and over 1,600 flowering plants. Even if you somehow miss all that flora and fauna, you still have the magnificent overlooks and captivating waterfalls to find strewn across the park.
With all that scenery plus the countless activities you can do in the park, it’s easy to understand why millions upon millions of people choose to vacation at the Smoky Mountains.
Sevierville Vacation Rentals
The city of Sevierville is located approximately 20 miles north of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Of our new locations in Tennessee near the Smoky Mountains, this is the largest city with a population of over 18,600 people. Within Sevierville, you’ll find plenty of great shopping and dining as well as many exciting attractions to visit.
If you’re looking for outdoorsy things to do, Sevierville has much more to offer than just close access to the Smoky Mountains. You can float or fish at the Little Pigeon River which flows right through town. The immense Douglass Lake also sits just northeast of town, offering more fishing, swimming, and boating opportunities.
GoodNight Stay has an extensive catalog of luxury vacation rentals in and around Sevierville. We have rentals that can accommodate groups big and small, and all our Sevierville rentals will deliver a fantastic Tennessee vacation experience you won’t soon forget.
Pigeon Forge Vacation Rentals
A little closer to Smoky Mountains National Park are our vacation rentals in Pigeon Forge. This city is just south of Sevierville, and it’s a 13-mile drive to the national park entrance. Although Pigeon Forge hosts a third of the population of Sevierville, you’ll still find it’s home to just as many exciting attractions and things to do during your stay.
Probably the most popular thing to do at Pigeon Forge, especially for families, is to spend a day at the Dollywood. Rated as the #1 theme park in America according to TripAdvisor, Dollywood features a ton of thrilling rides at its Theme and Water Parks. It’s an ideal place to get a little fast-paced action in-between visits to the tranquil smoky mountains.
Although Dollywood is the main attraction here, there’s plenty more to experience nearby GoodNight Stay vacation rentals at Pigeon Forge. In addition to the theme park, you’ll find great shopping, fascinating tours, and delicious dining all within a close walk or drive of your Pigeon Forge rental.

Gatlinburg Vacation Rentals
For our final new hub of vacation rentals near Smoky Mountain National Park we have the town of Gatlinburg. Located 6.4 miles from the national park, Gatlinburg is renowned for it’s outdoorsy scene. Even beyond the wonders of the Great Smoky Mountains nearby, this Tennessee town holds plenty of gorgeous scenery and natural wonders all its own.
One of the best family-friendly attractions that’s unique to Gatlinburg is the Anakeesta Mountaintop Adventure Park. Here you’ll find an incredible variety of adventure opportunities mixed with breathtaking views. Between mellow scenic chairlifts to thrilling alpine coasters, anyone can have a fun time at Anakeesta.
Additionally, there are plenty of fun hiking trails that lead to breathtaking vistas and gorgeous waterfalls dotted around Gatlinburg. And since this is the smallest town on our list (pop. of 3,700), it’s quite easy and quick to get anywhere around Gatlinburg from your vacation home.
We are beyond excited to offer you the chance to experience the beauty of Tennessee with our vacation rentals near the iconic Smoky Mountains National Park! Whether you’re exploring the scenic views of Sevierville, soaking in the charm of Pigeon Forge, or enjoying the cozy mountain town vibes of Gatlinburg, our stunning homes are the perfect home base for your next adventure.
With each rental thoughtfully curated for comfort and style, we’re confident your stay will be filled with unforgettable moments. Here Are the Best Pet-Friendly Spots in Scottsdale to Enjoy With Your Dog
Scottsdale has been named the most dog-friendly city in the U.S.—and for good reason. With scenic desert trails, dog-welcoming patios, and walkable shopping areas, it’s a standout destination for travelers with pets. Here, dogs aren’t just allowed—they’re part of the experience.
To help you beat the Arizona heat, this guide even includes climate-controlled spots and safety tips for you and your dog. Read on for our favorite places, and be sure to book a stay at one of our pet-friendly vacation rentals.
Pet-Friendly Vacation Rentals
Before diving into activities around town, consider staying at one of our specially selected pet-friendly properties that offer the perfect retreat from Arizona’s summer heat!

Poolside Paradise
Welcome to Poolside Paradise, a modern Scottsdale retreat featuring a spacious yard perfect for your pup and a refreshing pool where pets are welcome. Located close to Old Town Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, the home is just minutes from Downtown Old Town and Fashion Square. This pet-friendly property blends modern design, premium amenities, and designer furnishings to offer a comfortable and memorable stay. The perfect home base for treating you and your pet to a more upscale experience!

Enjoy a heated pool, BBQ grill, cozy patio seating, fire pit, bocce ball, and a putting green—great for relaxing and entertaining with your furry companions. With plenty of space to soak up the sun or hang out with guests and pets, this retreat feels like a true home away from home.
Hiking Trails & Recreation Areas
Hiking the trails around Scottsdale is an activity beloved by people and pets alike. Experience the beauty of the Sonoran Desert’s stunning scenery while your pet enjoys the fresh air and all the fascinating scents from local flora and fauna. Be sure to bring plenty of water for both you and your pup, and keep them close—especially if they’re not familiar with desert wildlife. Some plants and animals in Arizona can be harmful to pets, so it’s a good idea to brush up on what to avoid. In any case, hiking in Scottsdale is great exercise!
Learn more about heat and desert safety for pets here.
SUMMER HIKING TIPS: During Arizona’s hot summer months (May to September), it’s best to hike early in the morning (before 7 AM) or later in the evening (after 7 PM) when temperatures are cooler. Always check the pavement with your hand—if it’s too hot for your palm, it’s too hot for your dog’s paws.
One of the best places to hike with your dog is at the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. So long as it’s not too hot (over 90°F) and you keep them on a leash, dogs are allowed on most trails within the preserve. With over 225+ miles of trails, some of the best trails for taking your dog are the Lost Dog Wash, Tom’s Thumb, and Sunrise trails. Find more of the best McDowell Sonoran Preserve dog-friendly trails here.
Another great hiking spot that’s a little closer to town is the Pinnacle Peak Trail. Although all hikes here are most scenic in the early morning light, Pinnacle Peak is one of the best trails for Scottsdale sunrise hiking. It’s easy to get to, moderate in length and difficulty to hike, and it gives one of the best dawn views in town for you and your pup.
In addition to recreation areas outside of town, it’s also great fun to visit a nearby dog park when traveling with your dog. Here is a list of good dog parks in Scottsdale.

Beat the Heat: Indoor and Climate-Controlled Activities
When Arizona’s summer temperatures soar, these indoor options ensure your furry friend can still get exercise and socialization in comfort:
For those days when outdoor exercise feels too risky, you can bring fitness right to your door with RunBuddy Mobile Dog Gym, which offers air-conditioned, on-site sessions designed for dogs of all sizes and fitness levels across the Phoenix metro area.
If you want your pup to stretch their legs in a safe, climate-controlled environment, the Mak Pack Indoor Dog Park in Chandler is a spacious facility where dogs can play freely regardless of the weather. With daily hours and affordable day passes or monthly memberships, it’s a great way to beat the heat while keeping your dog social and active.
Water-loving pups or those in need of low-impact activity will appreciate The Furshire Social Club in Peoria, which offers year-round swimming in an in-ground pool. Staff often join dogs in the water for playtime and pool therapy. With additional services like daycare and playgroups, it’s a great option for cooling off while staying active.
For dogs who enjoy swimming outdoors, Cosmo Dog Park in Gilbert is a favorite destination. It features a dog-friendly swimming hole and nearly four fenced acres of off-leash space, including separate areas for active and timid dogs, washing stations, and trails. Although the lake and beach are closed for maintenance until late summer 2025, parts of the park remain open on a rotating schedule. Be sure to check their website for the latest access updates before visiting.
Markets & Shopping Areas
You don’t have to venture out into the wilderness to enjoy Scottsdale with your dog. In town, Scottsdale has plenty of shopping areas, parks, and attractions that are quite pet-friendly.
One of the best shopping areas to explore with your dog is the 5th Avenue Shopping District in Old Town Scottsdale. 5th Ave is a southwestern-themed shopping area that hosts around 60 small businesses and art galleries, many of which are very pet-friendly. You and your dog will love walking down the lively streets and checking out the many welcoming shops here.
For an indoor, air-conditioned option, head to Scottsdale Fashion Square. Dogs 12 pounds and under are welcome as long as they’re carried or in a stroller, and service dogs are always allowed to walk. This upscale mall features over 240 shops, an indoor playground, a food court, and a movie theater—just keep in mind that individual stores, especially the theater and some restaurants, may have their own pet policies. Bring your walking shoes—there’s plenty to explore!
If you’re a fan of farmers’ markets, there’s a great dog-friendly one close by in Phoenix called the RoadRunner Park Farmers’ Market. The market is open year-round on Saturdays, and it has a ton of fantastic locally produced and hand-crafted items for sale. It’s perfect for picking up a unique Arizona souvenir.

Restaurants & Bars
After a long desert hike or a full day exploring downtown, it’s nice to head straight to a dog-friendly restaurant with your furry friend. In Scottsdale, there are a ton of pet-friendly patios where you can eat with your dog.
If you’re looking for a nice, quaint cafe to enjoy a tasty brunch with your pet, then Arcadia Farms Cafe is the place for you. First opened in 1990, Arcadia Farms provides a welcoming atmosphere and delicious French-inspired brunch and lunch cuisine. Head out on the patio and enjoy a lovely meal with your dog by your side.
For a casual lunch or dinner, OHSO Brewery & Distillery has locations in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Gilbert. The Gilbert location includes a built-in dog park, making it especially popular with pet owners. They have great-tasting beers and craft cocktails that are oh so refreshing after a day in the Arizona sun. OHSO’s menu is also full of tasty classic pub food, and they have dog treats available for your furry friend to snack on, too.
Another great spot is Diego Pops, a dog-friendly Mexican restaurant in Scottsdale with a shaded outdoor patio and misting fans to keep things cool. Your pup can relax by your side while you enjoy modern, authentic Mexican dishes and drinks. Tacos and tequila make it a great choice for lunch or dinner with your four-legged friend.
Paws, Play, and Planning Ahead
When it comes to Scottsdale, there are too many dog-friendly places and activities to go over in a single post. The city is incredibly welcoming to anyone traveling with dogs, and you’ll find it’s almost harder to find a place that isn’t pet-friendly – especially with our expanded summer options to keep your furry friend comfortable year-round.
For your Scottsdale vacation, make sure you and your dog have the best accommodations by booking one of our pet-friendly vacation rentals. After you book your stay, feel free to contact our reservation specialists for more recommendations on places in Scottsdale where you can visit with your dog.

Scottsdale, AZ is one of the most exciting travel destinations to visit in the American Southwest. Not only is the city of Scottsdale an astonishing place to explore, but the surrounding desert and mountain environments offer great escapes into nature.
From thrilling sporting events to magical desert sunsets, here are all the reasons why you need to visit Scottsdale this year.

1) Sports and Athletic Events
Scottsdale hosts an impressive athletics scene with a wide array of sports to spectate or try for yourself. The city is perhaps most popular for golfing enthusiasts due to the staggering volume of golf courses. In addition to golf, Scottsdale famously hosts the Major League Baseball spring training season. Across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Phoenix there are 10 stadiums at which you can see 15 Cactus League Spring Training teams. Be sure to check out our Spring Training Guide for more information about what to see and where to stay for MLB Spring Training in Scottsdale.

2) Upscale City Life Meets the Old West
Often referenced as “The West’s Most Western Town,” Scottsdale beautifully marries the luxuries of modern city living with rustic wild-west influences. It’s this combination of old meets new that gives Scottsdale its signature charm.
You can find Old West influences infused within many of the city’s restaurants and bars, especially in Old Town Scottsdale. Watering holes like the Rusty Spur Saloon are wonderful for grabbing a drink and catching some live country music with friends. You can also visit Scottsdale’s Museum of the West to immerse yourself in the vast Western and Native American culture of the region.
As for the upscale city life, that influence is immediately apparent in Scottsdale’s gorgeous architecture, cultural institutions, and luxurious accommodations. If you’re looking to snag some modern high-fashion items, then you’ll definitely need to check out Scottsdale Fashion Square. At 2 million square feet, it’s the largest shopping mall in Arizona, and it hosts over 200 brand-name stores such as Louis Vuitton, Prada and Rolex.
Local Tip: Check Out Taliesin West for a True Old West Meets Modern Design Experience
Taliesin West is the former desert-escape home of renowned American architect, Frank Lloyd Wright. It’s also the current home of the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture. Given those credentials, it’ll come as no surprise that Taliesin West is a jaw-dropping site of architectural splendor that melds beautifully with the desert surrounding it.

3) Astonishing Landscapes to Explore
Scottsdale is so much more than just a pretty city with a few events and attractions to experience. Surrounding Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area is the magnificent Sonoran Desert, the McDowell Mountain Range, and a few other noteworthy wilderness areas.
All that epic countryside comes with equally grand opportunities to explore the land. Hiking and mountain biking are the most popular means of traversing area trails, but there are plenty more unique tour options as well.
Adrenaline junkies will love the thrills of speeding across the desert on a rugged ATV tour. Those looking for a true wild west experience can head to MacDonald’s Ranch for a day of picturesque horseback riding. Or, if you want to experience the true meaning of a breathtaking view, then hop aboard a sunrise hot air balloon ride over the Sonoran Desert.

4) Exceptional Dining and Drinks
Last but certainly not least on the list of reasons to visit Scottsdale this year is the city’s exceptional restaurant and bar scene. Scottsdale offers an incredible range dining options and nightlife hotspots that can appeal to any visitor.
As a city so rich with Old West influences, Scottsdale naturally hosts some of the finest Southwest and Mexican restaurants in all of Arizona. Along with the incredible southwest cuisine also comes some of the most refreshing southwest craft cocktails. Trust us when we say you haven’t lived until you’ve tried a Cien Agaves Tacos & Tequila prickly-pear margarita.
However, Scottsdale excels at much more than just Mexican food. There are a ton of delightful restaurants with culinary influences from all over the world. FnB, for example, is a nationally acclaimed restaurant located in the heart of downtown Scottsdale. FnB showcases a constantly evolving menu of transcendent dishes crafted using ingredients locally sourced from Arizona’s top farms and purveyors.
Local Tip: Wine-Lovers Follow Scottsdale’s Wine Trail Map

Explore Nashville Without Renting a Car with These Transportation Tips
What makes cities like Nashville so fun are the many great attractions and activities they offer. However, more attractions bring in more traffic that can be a pain to navigate. Even when you can fight through the traffic, there’s the ever-present challenge of finding a decent parking space.
Although Nashville doesn’t feature terrible traffic, there’s enough to make you wonder if you really need a car to get around. Fortunately, you don’t! Nashville’s public transportation is very usable, and depending on where you stay, you can even walk or bike to most places with ease.
If you’re visiting Nashville and want to avoid driving in the city, here is what you need to know.

Getting Around Nashville with Taxis and Ride Shares
For easy rides from the airport to your accommodations, a simple taxi or ride share reservation is the way to go. Simply call any one of the local taxi companies listed on the Visit Music City Transportation page, or book a ride on Uber or Lyft.

This on-demand group rideshare service makes it easy to get around without the hassle of coordinating multiple cars. Simply book a ride through the app, and a spacious vehicle will pick up your entire crew, so you can focus on enjoying the city without the stress of logistics. Our favorite part? The cost is automatically split among passengers in the app—no more awkward Venmo requests! GoodNight Stay guests can enjoy an exclusive 25% discount on Fetii—be sure to inquire for details!

Getting Around Nashville with WeGo Public Transport
WeGo (formerly MTA) is Nashville’s public bus and rail system. This public transportation system features over 46 bus routes and other services that can connect you with all major corridors, businesses, and attractions in the city.
To ride WeGo in Nashville, you simply download the QuickTicket app to your phone to pay for whichever pass fits your needs. Adults can pay as little as $2 for a 2-hour pass, or purchase based on the number of rides they need or days they’re staying.
Check out the WeGo Fares page to see current rates for adults, youth, and seniors. You can also locate bus stops and routes on WeGo’s Maps and Schedules page.
Ride in Style with Party Buses and Unique Tours
Want to make getting around part of the adventure? Nashville offers some seriously fun transportation options that double as entertainment!

If you’re looking for a frost-free vacation destination this winter, Scottsdale, AZ is perfect for you. Winter highs typically stay in the 65°F – 75°F temperature range. Although nights can get chilly, it’s nothing that a couple extra layers won’t fix.
With these ideal conditions, Scottsdale’s desert environment shines as an extraordinary winter destination for those escaping the snow. Read on to learn more about all there is to see and do in Scottsdale during winter.

Explore the Sonoran Desert
Cooler temperatures make winter possibly the best time to explore the landscapes surrounding Scottsdale. Early winter typically sees smaller crowds, leaving more outdoor spaces for you to enjoy on your own. Plus, winter is when rattlesnakes brumate (reptile version of hibernate), so you’re less likely to encounter them on trails.
Of the many Scottsdale outdoor activities to try during winter, hiking is certainly the most popular activity. There are great trails all around, with the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and Pinnacle Peak Park marked as two of the most popular hiking areas. For a complete list of our favorite hikes, head over to our 4 Best Sunrise Hiking Areas blog post.
Another great outdoor activity that allows you to see more Sonoran Desert terrain is mountain biking. Many hiking trails are accessible for bikers, and you can cover much more ground by bike than on foot. Experienced mountain bikers can find great trails on sites like AllTrails and MTB Project. Those new to the sport – or just anyone interested – can also take a guided mountain bike tour from REI Scottsdale Adventure Tours.
BONUS ACTIVITY: You can explore Scottsdale’s desert landscapes from a bird’s eye view on a hot air balloon tour. You won’t break a sweat doing this tour like you would with the other activities, but the views are certainly extraordinary. Just be sure to wear some heavier layers for the brisk air at altitude.

Take a Swing at Scottsdale Golf Courses
Similar to hiking and biking, winter is a great season for taking a golf vacation in Scottsdale. The cool air and breathtaking desert scenery makes for excellent days out on the golf course. Of Scottsdale’s many courses, the most popular can be found at Troon North Golf Club and TPC Scottsdale. Both clubs feature a total of 36 holes that provide fun challenges to golfers of all experience levels.
If you choose to visit in late January through early February, you can also catch the WM Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale. This PGA tournament brings in over 700,000 fans every year, making it the most attended golf tournament in the world. It’s exciting to watch the pros play, while the week-long tournaments brings in a fun, party style atmosphere. Be aware, visiting during this time will make booking your own tee time at Scottsdale’s golf courses a bit more challenging with the larger golfing crowds.

Check Out Festive Winter Events
Last but not least on the list of winter activities in Scottsdale are the many festive events in town. After all, just because someone may be looking to escape the snow, that doesn’t mean they want to avoid all winter and holiday activities.
Perhaps the most popular winter event in Scottsdale is Scottsdazzle, which starts on Thanksgiving and ends on New Year’s Eve. This month-long extravaganza encompasses an immense calendar of signature events ranging from holiday experiences to culinary workshops and walking tours. There are dozens of things to do in Scottsdale during Scottsdazzle, so be sure to browse their events calendar.
Another exciting winter event is Enchant, hosted by Hallmark near Old Town in North Scottsdale. Like Scottsdazzle, Enchant runs from Thanksgiving to New Year’s and features a ton of festive attractions. The main attraction is the world’s largest Christmas light maze and village. Within the illuminated village you’ll find ice-skating, live entertainment, dining, holiday shopping, and more! Be sure to book one of our Old Town vacation rentals so you can be close to Enchant.
If you’re looking for more festive winter activities, you can catch impressive light displays with more live entertainment at the McCormick Stillman Railroad Park and at Desert Botanical Garden’s Las Noches de las Luminares. You can also find fun ice skating at the Ice Den Scottsdale as well as at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.

6 Things To Consider Before Investing In A Scottsdale Vacation Rental
So you want to invest in your own Scottsdale vacation rental? That’s great! The vacation rental industry in Scottsdale is even hotter than Scottsdale itself. The city is accessible to tourists, offers plenty of exciting things to do, and hosts a ton of properties with great vacation home potential.
That said, we do suggest taking a few things into consideration before you buy a Scottsdale vacation rental. Not giving yourself time to find the right home or quantify what you hope to accomplish with it can lead to problems down the road. We’d like to help you avoid those potential problems by providing our top 6 things to consider before buying a Scottsdale vacation rental.

1) Choose Your Location Wisely
The appeal of vacation homes over a hotels is getting a spacious home-away-from-home experience while still having great access to local attractions. That’s especially the case here in Scottsdale, and the closer your rental is to a popular area, the more revenue it will earn you.
Properties near Old Town are some of the best to look at since that area is a major draw for tourists. Other places to look at would be homes near the TPC Golf Club or Kierland Commons. Almost any home within short walking distance of any of these locations would be perfect to purchase!

2) Check Out Desirable Neighborhoods
In addition to the broad location, you’ll also want to consider the neighborhood in which your new Scottsdale property will reside. The right neighborhood can give your guests added feelings of security, luxury, and general peace of mind during their stay.
When searching for your Scottsdale vacation rental we recommend looking at properties in the following neighborhoods:
- Arcadia
- Gainey Ranch
- Kierland
- Grayhawk
- Paradise Valley
There are plenty more great Scottsdale neighborhoods that we at GoodNight Stay can recommend directly to you. Feel free to contact us to learn more about these neighborhoods and our property management program.

3) Find Properties with COOL Amenities
It’s no secret that Scottsdale hosts some high temperatures through much of the year. Summer highs often reach above 100°F, and only winter months see highs below 75°F. When buying a vacation rental in Scottsdale, it’s essential to invest in a property that can keep guests cool.
Priority number one is to make sure your vacation rental has solid AC installed. Whether it comes pre-installed with your purchase or you install it yourself, AC is an essential amenity for living in or visiting Scottsdale.
If you want to maximize your bookings, look for properties that have either private pools or offer access to community pool areas. Pools are some of the most sought-after amenities for guests visiting Scottsdale, and they are well-worth the added cost when purchasing your new rental.

4) Invest in Modern Appliances and Smart Home Technology
Modern appliances, especially kitchen appliances, offer tremendous appeal to prospective guests. Having up-to-date appliances that work quickly, easily, and effectively can greatly enhance any guest’s stay, which will help you earn more 5-star reviews down the line.
Additionally, smart home technologies are fast becoming part of the status quo for vacation rentals in Scottsdale. Things such as smart lock security pads, smart hubs, and smart thermostats are common features across Scottsdale rentals.
If you cannot purchase a property with modern appliances and smart home tech already included, then be sure to set some money aside to install them. Here at GoodNight Stay, we also sell smart home tech to our homeowners at great prices.

5) Consider the Finishes of the Property
In the age of social media, it’s not enough for top-tier vacation rentals to just offer clean and comfortable living spaces. Many prospective guests, especially bachelor/bachelorette groups visiting Scottsdale, expect the places they stay to be aesthetically pleasing for group photo shoots. Plus, homes and condos with great interior design often yield better property photos to attract more guests.
Like with modern appliances and smart home tech above, it’s not absolutely essential to purchase a property with outstanding finishes included. However, you should take the costs of redesigning your rental into consideration when making your purchase.
GoodNight Stay has a sister design team that can help you transform your property into what we know sells best. They order all the furnishings and paints as needed, and they can install everything for you.

6) Determine Your Revenue Requirements
Probably the most crucial considerations you need to make when investing in a vacation rental are your revenue requirements and owner expenses. It’s paramount that you know how to price your rental realistically so that it can operate competitively in the market and earn profitable revenue.
In this instance, there really is no substitute for having great experience in the Scottsdale rental market. We at GoodNight Stay are the local experts in competitive pricing for the vacation rentals we manage. Our revenue department will help you take into consideration every aspect of your rental and match it to the market for realistic, competitive pricing.
That’s our list of the 6 things you need to consider before you buy a Scottsdale vacation rental.
