At GoodNight Stay, we do not charge a typical sign-up or onboarding fee like many vacation rental management companies. However, we do require an owner “reserve” deposit, the amount of which depends on the service program you select. This deposit covers the cost of the onboarding clean and any necessary repairs or installations to prepare your property for its first guest. For the safety and security of your home, all full-service properties are required to purchase a lock system, which includes a smart hub and smart lock for $599. If your property’s existing lock system is compatible with our Z-Wave technology, you may not need to purchase a new lock. Additionally, for properties in Arizona, a noise monitoring system is required to ensure a peaceful environment for both guests and neighbors.
