Get the evening started by cooking some steaks on the built-in gas BBQ while enjoying some drinks next to the fireplace. The dining table seats 6 outside and there are also 5 bar chairs around the BBQ as well. You can also enjoy a game of ping pong in the garage for some extra fun!
Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.
