Relax on the Vegas-style cabana or enjoy your favorite cocktail by the fire-pit one of six Adirondack chairs. Hang out on the hammock and watch the kids play a round of the Jumbo Jenga or Giant Connect Four. Challenge a friend to a competitive game of Bocce Ball or Ping Pong. Plenty of room for the whole group on the patio sitting area where you can stay cool under the switch-controlled patio ceiling fan. A second fire feature is located near the patio sitting area where you can stay warm around the fire table. Head over to play some foosball or a stimulating game of Jumbo Chess. Dinner can be prepared on the natural gas built-in barbecue and can be enjoyed on the patio dining table with room for six. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.
