Two lounge chairs are located inside the pool to keep you cool while you take in the sun. Find a spot to hang out on one of six Adirondack chairs around the natural gas fire table. You will be able to show off your skills in ping pong, foosball, giant connect four, or the classic game of bean bag toss! Dinner can be prepared on the natural gas barbecue and your meal can be enjoyed on the patio sitting area with room for the whole group. Take a walk around the gorgeous community and finish your nights watching the sunset behind the Santa Rosa Mountain Range. La Joya is the gem of the desert and is waiting for you.
Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 50-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort. The extra sitting area is located near the kitchen which includes a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for eight, a breakfast table located near the corner living area with room for four. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.
