This unit places you within walking distance of some of Nashville's most iconic attractions. A short 2-block-walk will take you to Centennial Park, where lush greenery, walking trails, and the stunning replica of the Parthenon await your exploration. Not only will you find history and culture at your door step, but Midtown is also a culinary paradise. You'll find an array of local restaurants, eateries, bars, and coffee shops nearby! For music enthusiasts, Nashville's renowned music venues and honky-tonks are just a short ride away - 5 mins!

Step into Venus and be welcomed by the warm sunlight that lights up the entire space coming through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Settle in from your travels on any of the comfortable seats, and unwind with your favorite show on the Smart TV. Fix yourself a refreshing drink at the delicate bar station, and enjoy the drink out on the patio, complete with outdoor furniture. Watch the neighborhood come to life as you relax on the outdoor chair, take a deep breath of fresh Music City air, and let your getaway begin. 

Kitchen & dining:
The open-floor plan places the kitchen next to the living area, so you can conveniently whip up a quick bite any time you wish. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and an island bar seating perfect for any kind of meal, snack, or drink. Take advantage of the breakfast table for 2 behind the kitchen island, and engage in intimate conversations over delectable meals, or plan out the rest of your trip. 

Bedroom & bathroom:
Retreat to the bedroom, featuring a plush full-size bed, tasteful furnishings, and ample closet space - everything to ensure you a GoodNight's sleep. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom, and includes a convenient shower/tub combo. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a sleeper sofa, ensuring more guests or family members are accommodated without compromising on elegance and comfort.

Odyssey building accommodations and amenities:
As a guest of the Odyssey, you'll enjoy exclusive access to a range of upscale amenities designed to enhance your stay. Dive into the sparkling, resort-style pool, complete with sun loungers and a BBQ grill, perfect for soaking up the sun or hosting a casual outdoor meal. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the state-of-the-art gym, equipped with everything you need to keep up your workout routine. *Please note: The pool is open year-round, but may close due to extreme weather. Hours of operation are from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Parking:
Only one vehicle per reservation. Parking is first come first serve in the attached parking garage located on the top floor.

Additional House Rules: 
- Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest who’s primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.  
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
- Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest’s risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
