Troubleshooting

  • Door Keypads

  • -You have been given a personalized code for your stay, please keep this code secure and only share with your party.
  • -Keypads may require hitting the checkmark or schlage icon to secure.
  • -Should you have tried the code and been denied too many times on keypads, it may lock you out from trying again for up to 5 minutes.
  • ***lockouts requiring a locksmith may result in charges to your party***
    ***Lockboxes are often on the bibs of the houses and could be attached to a pipe and should be about waist high or lower.***

  • WiFi

  • -If it seems to be slow or not working, please unplug and plug back in the router.
  • -Doing this typically fixes most challenges without contacting the management company.
  • ***DO NOT HIT THE RESET BUTTON AS IT WILL CHANGE THE WIFI INFORMATION AND PASSWORD.***

  • Fireplace/Firepit

  • -If the property has a fireplace there are gas keys that turn on the gas.
  • -The keys should be near the fireplace or potentially in the kitchen drawers.
  • -Please use caution when turning on any fireplace.
  • ***Please make sure all of this is turned off after use for your safety!***

  • Thermostats/Nests

  • -Thermostats should be kept no cooler than 72 degrees in the summer and no warmer than 74 degrees for best performance.
  • -Turning the HVAC below 70 degrees may result in freezing of the unit, which may result in shutting down to auto defrost.
  • City Noise Ordinance

  • - ALL guests and visitors MUST move any outdoor gatherings inside the home by 10PM.
  • - MUSIC LEVELS MUST BE KEPT AT A REASONABLE VOLUME, DAYTIME HOURS INCLUDED
  • - VISITS BY POLICE CAN RESULT IN UP TO $1500 IN FINES BY THE CITY FOR BEING IN VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
  • House Rule Reminders

  • - Please be respectful of the home
  • - Respect our neighbors
  • - Please refrain from rearranging any furniture
  • - Do not attempt to move or disconnect any electronics in the home
  • - No organized events are allowed at the property
  • - No commercial/vendor vehicles are allowed on or in front of the property
  • - No exterior signs or decorations can be installed
  • - No obscene displays or decorations in public view from the street or neighboring home.
  • - No interior decorations that can cause damage to paint, walls or fixtures (tape, screws, staples, etc.)
  • - Adult materials or decorations MUST BE THROWN AWAY at the end of your stay
  • -All pets must be approved and a non-refundable pet fee of $100 must be paid prior to arrival
  • - Smoking is NOT permitted in the home.
  • **Do not extinguish any cigars/cigarettes near any outdoor furniture, gas lines or artificial grass***
    ***FINES AND FEES MAY BE ASSESSED FOR NON-COMPLIANCE AND DAMAGES***

  • Securing The Premises

  • - Remember to keep all entry codes private.
  • - $100 fee will be assessed for an entry code/key reset.
  • - As renters, guests are liable for any theft or damages if the property if left unlocked.
  • Pool/Spa Policies

    (CHECK LISTING DETAILS IF HOME INCLUDES THIS)

  • - The swimming pool is available for your pleasure.
  • - Pool and spa heat is a separate and fixed cost. $75-$200 per night and requires 5 days notice to heat.
    (If available and variable according to the size of the pool or utility usage)
  • - DO NOT remove the pool vacuum/cleaner, it must remain in the pool at all times.
  • - Do not leave children unsupervised at any time, swimming is at your own risk.
  • - Please do not use glassware or breakables near the pool – PLASTIC OR PAPER ONLY
  • - $500 will be assessed to drain and refill the pool due to glass breakage in the pool.
  • - Do not attempt to adjust the pool settings for any reason
  • Trash Policy

  • - Please make sure all food items and trash are discarded in the proper TRASH or RECYCLING receptacles provided on the premises OR in the rear alleyway.
  • - Fines are assessed by the city for non-recyclable items placed in the recycling receptacles.
  • - Please make sure bags are sealed tightly and placed in the receptacles.
  • - Please let us know if there are excessive bags that will need to be hauled away (fee may apply).
  • - Do Not overload the alleyway receptacles or leave bags outside of the receptacle – please use another receptacle down the alleyway. **Fines will be assessed in junction with city ordinances**
  • - Non-perishables or unopened items can remain and our cleaners will address.
  • - Please make sure non-recyclable trash items are placed in the proper receptacles.
  • - Unopened non-perishable food/alcohol may be left behind for our cleaning crew to dispose of.

  • Pre-Check Out Reminders

  • -Please sign out of all personal streaming apps you may have logged into (such as Netflix).
  • -Remove all garbage and perishable items from the house. We ask that you kindly break down any boxes and make every effort to place all garbage in the provided bins. Some bins may be in the alley behind the homes, you may have to walk down the alley a bit as it is a shared trash can for multiple homes.
  • -Please bag all trash including recyclables. Please put all trash including recycling in large bins in alley just outside the gate. There are no specific trash cans for the house. This helps our team remove any trash for guests coming into the home after your stay. ***Excessive garbage requiring private service for removal may result in a $200 fee.***
  • -Ensure all doors and windows are locked and the keys are returned to the lockbox (if applicable).
  • -Please double check that you are not leaving any personal belongings behind. We are not responsible for any items that are left behind.
  • Arizona Weather and Wildlife

  • -Please take caution during the warmer months, PLEASE STAY HYDRATED. Keep in mind Arizona wildlife is more active, especially at night. It is best to keep doors and windows secured at all times to prevent any unwanted visitors.
  • -Please call AZ Wildlife Recovery 602-618-0284 and notify us immediately if you find any strange or dangerous wildlife.
