Easy Pickup or Lakeside Convenience
Rentals can be picked up from AZ Paddle Junkie’s Deer Valley location at 107th Avenue and Deer Valley Rd., allowing you to take equipment to any lake, river, or local destination. For those looking to stay closeby, shoreline rentals are available at Lake Pleasant on select days from March through October. With this option, your gear will be ready when you arrive—no hauling or setup required. Walk-ups are welcome when available, but booking in advance is recommended.

In addition to rentals, AZ Paddle Junkie offers year round guided experiences at Lake Pleasant:

No Gear? No Problem.
All rentals include paddles, U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation devices (PFDs), a pump, and tie-down straps if needed. Optional add-ons like a dry bag ($5) or an electric pump ($10) are also available. If you’re picking up your gear, you’ll go over safety and operating procedures at checkout and receive loading assistance. A waiver must be signed during the online checkout process. Inflatable paddle boards fit in any vehicle, while hard-shell kayaks require a truck or SUV with a rack for safe transport.
