This property rents for a minimum of 31 nights.
Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. No Allowed.
Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500
If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to guests.
Rentspree application required and approved based on the report by the owner.
Other things to Note;
1) No vehicles with wraps or logos are allowed to be parked overnight in the community
2) Vehicles cannot be parked inside the gate if they are over 20 feet long, 7 feet high, or are affixed with equipment including racks, tool boxes, or gate lifts.

Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.
