Suite B-1 is a ground floor unit with a waterfront view!This unit will comfortably sleep 4 guests. The bedroom features one king bed, while the living room features a sofa sleeper.
Located in the heart of beautiful Clearwater Beach, our resort offers a tranquil retreat with traditional old Florida charm. Enjoy the sugar-white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our property is situated directly on the Intercoastal Waterway, providing stunning views, dolphin watching, and a private dock for fishing.

- Check-out: 10 AM
- Minimum Age to Book: 25, and someone 25+ must be present for the duration of the reservation.

- Children: Welcome, but no cribs or extra beds available. If needed, they can be rented and delivered to your suite from local vendors.
- Rental Agreement: eSignature on our rental agreement is required on all bookings. Door codes will not be provided until this has been accepted.
