It is not ADA-compliant and should not be relied upon by guests with mobility needs, so stairs will still be necessary to access the home. For safety, use by children or for recreational purposes is strictly prohibited.Elevators are sensitive systems and may stop functioning due to weather events (such as flooding, power outages, or high winds), overloading, user error, or safety mechanism triggers. Repairs must be performed by licensed third-party vendors and may not be available on short notice, resulting in extended downtime.
While our team makes every effort to keep the elevator in working order, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. The presence of an elevator does not affect rental rates; therefore, no refunds, discounts, or other compensation will be provided if it becomes unavailable.
Pool Note: Please note that water temperature can vary with outdoor conditions, and during colder winter months the pool may not always reach a comfortable temperature even while the heater is working. Our team services pools regularly and will assist quickly if an issue arises, though refunds or discounts can’t be offered for temporary downtime or cooler-than-expected water. For safety, children should always be supervised while using the pool.

Use involves inherent risks; children must be supervised at all times, and use by intoxicated or medically sensitive individuals is not recommended. Availability is not guaranteed due to maintenance, safety, weather, or mechanical issues. As this amenity does not affect the rental rate, no refunds or compensation will be provided if it is unavailable.
