- Two serene bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed and its own Smart TV
- A cozy living room with a third Smart TV perfect for movie nights or binge-watching your favorite shows
- A dining area for four just off the newly updated kitchen, fully stocked with cookware and appliances for home-cooked meals
- A full washer and dryer located in the basement for your convenience
- A private rear parking pad in the fenced backyard for added security and ease
- Fenced-in backyard space perfect for relaxing or letting your dog get some fresh air
Additional Info Policies:
- We provide a starter pack of essentials, including basic toiletries and paper goods. For extended stays, guests should plan to restock as needed.
- Dog-Friendly Only: A $150 non-refundable pet fee per reservation will be manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets or violations of our dog-only policy will result in a $300 fine.
- No Smoking: Strictly non-smoking indoors. A $250 fine will be charged for violations.
- Left Behind Items: We are not responsible for items left behind. Return requests will incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.
- Long-Term Stays: Stays over 21 days will require a $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually added after reservation confirmation.
- Late Check-Out: An unauthorized late checkout will result in a $50 fee.
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
