- No Smoking Indoors: Strictly enforced $250 fee applies if violated
- Lost Items: If an item is left behind, a $25 handling fee plus shipping will be charged for returns
- Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: $50 long-term cleaning fee will be applied manually for stays over 21 days
- Late Check-Outs: Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50 fee
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
