The perfect place to experience all Scottsdale has to offer. After a long day of roaming around Old Town, come back and relax in your comfortable and clean 2 bedroom abode. Prepare a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen stocked with your basic cooking essentials. Dine inside at the kitchen table or bring it outside on the shared patio for a night under the stars. After dinner, challenge others to a friendly game of Bocce ball on the outside court. Rest in one of the multiple lounge areas in-between games, or light up the fire pit for s'mores as your victory treat. For a night cap, put on your favorite movie and cozy up on the living room couch as you unwind from your long day. The options are endless. - All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- Guest agrees to provide identity & credit card authentication to Guest Ranger operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- Maximum of two pets under 35lbs each , $100 per pet fee required.
- All listed amenities are to be used at guest’s own risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
