THE SPACE

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom boho loft is located on the 2nd floor of RiNo Art Lofts in the heart of the River North Art District. Recently remodeled with marble countertops, a cozy fireplace, and a large private deck, it s an easy home base for exploring RiNo. The building is LEED-certified, designed with energy efficiency, water conservation, and sustainable materials throughout.

DOG-FRIENDLY STAY

Is parking available at Bohemian Hideaway (Unit 205)?

Street parking is available only and there is no garage or reserved space in the building. Parking in RiNo is generally easy to find during the day, but it can become more competitive in the evenings, on weekends, and during Mission Ballroom events. We recommend arriving a bit earlier on concert nights. For guests who prefer not to drive, the 38th Blake A-Line station is just a 6-minute walk and offers direct access to Downtown Denver and Denver International Airport.

Is Unit 205 dog-friendly?

Yes. We welcome up to two dogs per stay with a $75 one-time pet fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the home accordingly. Dogs must remain leashed in common areas and owners are responsible for cleanup and any damages. Cats are not permitted at any JZ Vacation Rentals property.

How far is Mission Ballroom from Unit 205?

Mission Ballroom is approximately a 5-minute walk from the loft. Many guests choose this unit specifically for concerts because you can skip rideshare surge pricing and walk home comfortably after the show. The surrounding area also has great pre-show dining and brewery options within a few blocks.

How far is Denver Central Market?

Denver Central Market is about a 3-minute walk. It s a curated food hall featuring coffee, fresh bread, sushi, pizza, tacos, butcher selections, and prepared foods. It s an easy spot for breakfast, casual dining, or picking up groceries during your stay.

Is the RiNo neighborhood safe?

RiNo is one of Denver s most active and well-traveled neighborhoods, known for its restaurants, breweries, art galleries, and music venues. As with any urban area, we recommend normal city awareness, especially late at night. The building itself has secure access and quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM for guest comfort.

Can I walk to breweries from Unit 205?

Absolutely. More than 20 breweries are within walking distance, including Great Divide, Ratio Beerworks, Our Mutual Friend, Epic Brewing, Bierstadt Lagerhaus, and Mockery Brewing. RiNo is one of the most brewery-dense neighborhoods in Denver, making it ideal for craft beer enthusiasts.

Is Unit 205 good for remote work?

Yes. The second bedroom includes a dedicated workspace, and the loft is equipped with high-speed WiFi throughout. The large windows, fireplace ambiance, and nearby coffee shops like Corvus and Crema make it a comfortable and productive environment for extended stays or work-from-home travel.

How do I get from DIA to RiNo?

The easiest option is the A-Line train from Denver International Airport to 38th Blake Station. The ride takes about 35 minutes and costs approximately $10.50. From the station, it s about a 6-minute walk to the loft. This is often faster and more convenient than driving during peak traffic hours.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Self check-in is provided via a secure smart lock, and arrival instructions are sent at least three days before your stay. Early check-in and late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may be subject to availability.

Is grocery delivery available?

Yes. Grocery delivery services such as Instacart, Amazon Fresh, and DoorDash operate in this neighborhood. You can also walk to Denver Central Market for fresh produce, prepared meals, and specialty items if you prefer shopping locally.

• Parking: The property does not have a designated parking lot. Street parking is the only available option.
• Check-out: Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.
• Early check-in: Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag drop-off (if early check-in is not available) can be arranged beginning at 12:00 PM MST but is subject to approval.
• Late check-out: Late check-out may be available upon request. Please note that requests made on the day of departure are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Fees may apply based on availability and departure time.
• Packages mail: Access to the mailbox is not available. Any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages.
• Occupancy: An additional fee of $25/night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
