- Maintenance: This is a high-traffic home beloved by large groups. While we strive for perfection, please report any maintenance items immediately so we can address them.
- Pool Heat: Optional pool heat is available for an additional fee and recommended October April. The pool heating fee is $200 + 13% tax.
- Noise: This home is in a residential neighborhood. We strictly enforce noise ordinances to respect our neighbors.
- First Pet: Allowed for free.
- Additional Pets: Charged at $125 per pet + tax
