Located on the 9th floor with sweeping, stunning ocean views from the living space, this recently remodeled condo has new cabinets and quartz countertops with a effect spilling the quartz over the side of the counter. There are also all new stainless steel appliances.

The bathroom has a new tub/shower combination with dual function shower head/hand held spray, with beautifully tiled walls, and a new cabinet with quartz top. Check out the innovative, LED smart, dimmable, frameless mirror! Adjust for just the right lighting. Ample storage in the vanity.

The bedroom has two queen size beds, a ceiling fan and plenty of storage in the wicker dresser, and large, mirrored closet. The option to reserve a portable a/c unit is available and would extend through the bedroom window. Please contact us in advance to reserve one in our inventory. The unit requires a set up fee and daily usage fee to reserve.

Inside the hallway utility closet, you will find cleaning equipment and beach accessories such as, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella and sand toys.

Throughout the condo is all new Pergo-style flooring, mirrored walls, an electric fireplace that also provides heat on the South wall, a large smart TV, and a ceiling fan. If you need additional sleeping space, we have provided an option with the sofa to be set up for a 5th guest. The couch converts to a bed, but then must be rearranged again to return to couch There are all new modern and minimalist furnishings throughout.

This condo features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room to maximize the breathtaking views of the ocean, recently replaced with all glass railings for an uninterrupted view of the Pacific Ocean! Utilize this condo s pulley light-filtering blinds to keep the space cool while you are out enjoying the day.

You will love your stay in this conveniently located condo in the heart of Pacific Beach. It is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops and just steps to the sun and sand! The kitchen is fully equipped for dining at home with seating for 4-6 at the table and 2 more at the breakfast bar with a spectacular ocean view! The condo sleeps 4 very comfortably or 5 guests in each single sleeping arrangement.


NEED MORE ROOM? If you would like to travel with extended family or other families, we have 1-bedrooms and 2- bedrooms in this building; three in a row on the 9th floor, 909, 910 and 911 plus 1005, 1007 and 1010 right above them. We also have 512!

Capri by the Sea offers every amenity you could want and need for your stay in San Diego. A single parking space is included with your reservation. The rooftop offers 360 views of Pacific Beach, with BBQ grills and picnic tables and lounge seating. A heated (80 degrees) pool and hot tub are located on the ground floor behind the Capri building and are accessible with your key fob. A washer and dryer (coin-operated) are located at the South end of the hallway just outside the condo. A trash and recycling chute is located on the North end. Your key fob gives access to that condo s floor, lobby, rooftop, garage and pool area. Check-in instructions sent via email will provide more details about how to obtain your keys/lock code and fobs.

Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)

It is important for you to read all the details about your property. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about our home!

Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit along with the House Rules Rental Agreement. The check-in details will not be shared until the rental agreement has been signed.

Attention Guests: In addition to completing our electronic rental agreement, you will also be required to participate in our identity verification process. The service is offered through Autohost; an intelligent guest screening software that automates ID verifications, background and credit checks, security deposits and more, helping to improve guest experience and safety. Please note: for the credit card verification, a $2 hold will be placed on the card to run the report. This hold will never process and will fall off automatically within 7 days. We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a starter kit to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.

Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, kitchen sponge, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. In addition a Keurig coffee makers with k-cups and a standard coffee maker, linens and towels, extra blankets, extra pillows, extra sheets for sleeper sofas, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with extra settings, toaster, blender, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors.

While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.

6 night minimum AND Saturday check-in is REQUIRED during our holiday season (December 21-January 4). One reservation CANNOT take both holidays, unless it is a 2-week reservation. There are no arrivals OR departures on Christmas or New Year s Day.
*An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!

Summer 2024 Policy:
Beginning Memorial Day to Labor Day, Saturday to Saturday is required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2024, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.

Last Minute Booking Policy:
If a guest books with us directly or on any OTA such as Airbnb and VRBO, within 72 hours of arrival, verification credentials are required. By making a payment on the reservation, the guest agrees to comply with our last minute booking policy.

To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a photo specifically of the booking guest s face and holding either a Driver s License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as, payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc.

This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We appreciate your cooperation and we are available to help with any questions.

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season except for last minute bookings and shorter vacancy periods.
6 night AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.
